Arrival & Departure

Check-in = 2-4pm

Check-out = 10-11am

Parking

Each guest room is welcome to park one (1) car at the house.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Children

Children over the age of 5 are welcome at my house.

This is under the following conditions:

1-       They are supervised by at least one adult at all times while they are at the house.

2-      Children are not permitted to have their own room; one adult must share the room with the child.

3-      Toys are not to be left anywhere in the house other than in their room.

4-      A $100. Security will be needed before arrival just in case.

5-      Aunt Betty is not responsible for this child at anytime in anyway during their stay.

6-      Aunt Betty does not have any cots or cribs on the premises.

7-      Any special dietary needs will have to be supplied by the adult guest.

8-      The adult with the child is responsible to make sure that having the child at Aunt Betty’s does not disturb any of the other guests or Aunt Betty.

9-      It will be Aunt Betty’s decision whether or not you will be asked to leave due to a problem with any of the above.

10-    Aunt Betty’s house is not child proof, so a constant eye must be on your child.
