Our prices are the same throughout the year.

Our rooms are set up for 1-2 people only.

Check–in time between 2 pm & 4 pm

Check-out time is between 10 am & 11am.

If for some reason these times do not work for you please
let us know and some arrangements will be made if possible.

We are trying to keep ourprices as they are so we must insist on the following policies:

Reservations will only be taken over the phone.

Sorry but we do not receive emails.

If reservations are made more than 1 week in advance of your stay,

full payment is required by check, money order or credit card.

Aunt Betty accepts only

All reservations must be made in advance.

Confirmations will happen when the room is paid for
in full.

Aunt Betty will not accept any walk-in guests.

If you cancel your reservations at any time, you will
receive your money back only if we can fill the room or rooms for that time slot, no matter how far in advance you cancel.

A $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your refund for each room.

Refunds will be sent within a month after the reservation dates.
