This is the smallest room and the room I like the most (maybe because it was my daughter's room, hence the name). It gets great sun in the morning and is quite comfortable. It has a queen size pillow top orthopedic mattress, AC, wireless Internet with hard wire back up, 20 in. wall mounted color TV with cable, a desk/table area and a walk-in mirrored closet. I always like a bargain and at $99........here it is!
